Ingredients:
Potatoes -115gm
Pomegranate Seeds – 5gm
Dry mango Powder -5gm
Mint Leaves – 1sprig
Coriander Leaves -1 sprig
Coriander crushed -2 gm
Cumin – 2 gm
Chill powder – 2 gm
Aashirvaad Salt to taste
Gram flour -30 gm
Oil for frying
Process:
Boil ,peel and mash potatoes
Chop coriander and mint leaves
Mix all the ingredient (except gram flour)together and divide into 4 portions
Prepare a batter of medium thickness with gram flour and water
Whisk till lightand frothy
Dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry
Remove and press to make them flat
Fry again till brown and crisp
Serve hot with mint or tamrind chutney
