Tamarind-50 gm
Jaggery-30gm
Ginger powder-1/4 pinch
Coriander leaves-3 sprig
Aashirvaad Salt-to taste
Process:
Soak tamarind and take out puree
grind coriander leaves and add jaggery, ginger powder and coriander leaves to the puree
add Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt and mix well
