Ingredients:
Green chilies-16large sized .Coriander leaves-few sprig.Potatoes -500gm.Red chili powder-1 tbsp.Garamasala powder-1 tbsp.Chaat masala-1 tbsp.Aashirvaad Salt.FOR BATTER.Gram flour -1 cup.Baking powder-1 tsp.Red chili powder-1 tsp.. Aashirvaad Salt-to taste.Oil-to deep fry..
Process:
Slit green chilies and remove seeds
chop coriander leaves
boil potatoes
peel and grate them
add red chili powder, garamasala powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt
mash and mix well
divide this into 16 equal portions
stuff a little of this mixture into the green chilies and also cover the chilies with this potato mixture
Now prepare a thick batter using besan, baking powder, red chili powder, Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt and about one cup of water
let batter stand for 10 minutes
heat oil in a kadai to a moderate temperature
dip stuffed green chilies into the beasan batter and deep fry until golden brown
drain on to an absorbent paper and serve
