A popular sweet made from fresh coconut.

Make :

Nutritional Value(per Serving):
Carbohydrates	28 g	Fats	17 g
Protiens	1 g	Energy	300 kcal

Ingredients:

100g Grated coconut

100g Sugar

Ghee - 2 tsp

1 tsp Cardamom powder

Process:

Mix together grated coconut and sugar and keep aside for 5 minutes

Heat the mixture in a pan, stirring continuously while keeping the stove on a low flame

When sugar melts completely, stir the mixture properly Add 2 spoons of ghee and stir again

Add cardamom powder to it and mix

Smear ghee on the surface of a large plate

Pour the cooked mixture over the ghee-rinsed plate and allow it to cool for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes semi-solid

Cut it into square/rhombus pieces and serve
