A tasty side-dish for rice prepared using a mixture of vegetables.

Make :

Nutritional Value(per Serving):
Carbohydrates	21 g	Fats	9 g
Protiens	2 g	Energy	127 kcal

Ingredients:

250g Elephant yam

250g Cucumber 500 gm

100g Carrot

1 Raw banana

2 Drumsticks

50g Snake gourd

50g grated Coconut

100g pearl onions

2 Green chillies

1 tsp Chilly powder

˝ tsp Turmeric powder

Ľ tsp Cumin powder

2 tbsp Curd

2 sprigs Curry leaves

1 tbsp Coconut oil

Aashirvaad Salt to taste

Process:

Wash all the vegetables and cut into 2 inch long pieces

Add water and Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt as required and cook

Grind ingredients coconut, onions and chillies together to a coarse paste

Add this to the cooked vegetables

When cooked properly add curd and curry leaves and mix well

Add the coconut oil and remove from fire

Serve with hot rice
