Ingredients:
Soya chunks-15-20
Soya-1/2 cup
Curd-500 gm
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Green chillies-3
Aashirvaad Salt-to taste
Rock Aashirvaad Salt-1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp (baked and ground)
Onions-2
Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Red chill powder-1/2 tsp
Process:
Put the soya chunks and soya in hot waterwith ¼ tsp of rock Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt and boil till water evaporates
Keep aside to cool
Mix Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt with curds and whip thoroughly
Add boiled soya, onions, coriander and green chillies
Garnish with spices and serve
