Ingredients:
1 cup dough (Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Wheat flour kneaded
mixed with one cup of tomato puree)
1 cup dough (Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Wheat flour kneaded mixed with one cup of boiled and
minced spinach)
1 cup dough (Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Wheat flour)
Process:
Roll out all the 3 types of doughs in different lengths
lay the 3 lengthsof rolls at one point criss crossed over one another
now roll the lengthdtowards the inside and stack over one another
press with your palms
now cut out balls from the block in such a manner that each ball consist all the three colors
roll out balls into thick roties
Bake on hot tawa on one side
Turn over and bake from the other side also
spread butter on the roties and serve crisp
