Ingredients:
Rice flour -30gm
Sugar -60gm
Milk-300ml
Almonds -15 gm
Pistachio nuts-10gm
Cardamoms –a pinch
Process:
Mix rice flour with a little cold milk
boil remaning milk
Add to rice flour mixtureand cook on slow fire till it becomes farliy thick
draw the pan to the side of the fire and sprinkle sugar
when the sugar is dissolved and the contents are thick , remove from fire
Sprinkle with cardamom powder and mix well
pour into flat dishes(phirnee looks best if it is set in individuals dishes)
decorate with shredded nuts
cool and serve
