Ingredients:
Carrot 1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
1 lemon
2 glasses of water
Process:
Scrape carrots
Cut the ends
Pierce them with a fork
Boil carrot in hot water for 15 minutes
Remove and keep under the sun for an hour to dry
Mix to glasses of water with sugar and prepare its syrup
When sugar is dissolve, add carrot
Cook till the syrup thickens
Sprinkle lemon juice on the cooked carrots and remove after 5 minutes
Cool and store in a stone jar
