Ingredients:
Cauliflower -1 small (shredded)
Peas-1/2 cup
Aashirvaad Salt to taste
Beans-1/2 cup (chopped)
Spinach-1 cup (chopped)
Carrot ½ cup (chopped)
Capsicum --3(chopped)
Onion-2 large (chopped)
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Garamasala powder- 1 tsp
Green cardamom -6
Bay leaves --6
Brown cardamom-6
Hing –pinch
Oil- 2 tbsp
Basmati rice-2 cup
Process:
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes and drain
wash all vegetables and keep aside
heat oil in a pan add green cardamom, bay leaves, brown cardamoms and asafetida,when they crackle add chopped onion and fry till brown
then add all vegetables , cumin powder, red chili powder, garammasala powder,and coriander powder
mix well
fry on slow heat for one minutes
Add cooked peas and drain rice with a cup of hot water and Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt
mix well
leave it to cook
when water evaporates and rice cooked, serve hot with raitha
