Ingredients:
Sagu -300 grams
Raw rice-1 cup
Chillies-4
Jeera-1/4 tsp
Mustard-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Curd-1 cup
Aashirvaad Salt –to taste
Oil-2 tsp
Process:
Soak sagu and rice for 2 hours
then grind into nice paste by adding ˝ cup of curd
add Aashirvaad Aashirvaad Salt to taste
heat pan
add 2 tsp of oil,sauté mustard,add chillies and curry leaves
add jeera and asafoetida into the pan till light brown
add the mixture into the batter and mix well
add ˝ cup curd and heat tava and mix well
pour a ladle of batter and spread round till brown
serve hot
